Provide hospitality and grounds maintenance services at TCM for one of the teaching sessions at Haus Edelweiss. Jobs vary from house-and-grounds projects (mowing lawns, etc.) to food preparation and serving, setting tables, dusting, sweeping, changing bed linens, doing laundry, etc.

What will we be doing?

TCM has students from eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa attend sessions as part of their training and study. In order to keep costs down for students, volunteers help manage cleaning, maintenance, and kitchen work during their study sessions.

What’s the schedule?

Our team will travel on Sunday, May 31 and land on June 1. The next few days are focused on training, working, and enjoying a moment before all the students arrive. Each day will include team time, working, meeting with students, and anything else that needs done! Once the students leave, there are final tasks before traveling back home on June 12.

Where do we stay?

TCM has housing available on their Hauss Edelweiss property.

How do we handle transportation and travel?

First Christian will help manage and purchase plane tickets needed and transportation.

Who can participate?

Due to Austrian labor laws, participants must be 19 or older.

Are background checks required?

Yes, background checks will be required.

What will we do to prepare?

We will have several Zoom or in-person gatherings, and all needed details on packing, travel, etc, will be provided!
